PRODUCT WARRANTY
Thank you for choosing Lokah & Co. Our pieces are selected for their craftsmanship, materiality and enduring beauty. Your Lokah & Co product is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
As many of our pieces are crafted from natural stone, variations in colour, veining, texture, translucency, small pits and natural markings are unique characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.
WARRANTY COVER
Our 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including electrical, charging and operating components where applicable.
EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; accidental damage; misuse; impact or breakage; water or moisture damage; incorrect charging or use; unauthorised modification or repair; or natural variations inherent in stone and other natural materials.
These exclusions do not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
MAKING A CLAIM
Please contact hello@lokahandco.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where applicable.
Lokah & Co will assess the claim and, where covered, provide an appropriate repair, replacement or other remedy. Reasonable costs associated with an accepted warranty claim will be borne by Lokah & Co.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
