Return & Refund Policy

Lokah & Co offers a 30 day return and refund policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lokahandco.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Lokah & Co, C25, 96-98 Denison Street, Hillsdale, NSW 2036.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We want you to love your Lokah & Co pieces.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours and we will organise a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Change-of-Mind Returns
Because our products are delicate and carefully packaged, we are unable to offer free return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Customers may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
